practicing Qi Gong in 1992 when she learned the form of Hui
Chun Gong. The remarkable results of her regular practice
encouraged her to research this ancient Chinese art; over
the years she has studied and taught various different forms
of Qi Gong. She completed her teacher training with Qiduan
Li in 2000 and continued her advanced study of this ancient
art in Beijing, China. There she had the pleasure of studying
with experts from around the world. Through implementing the
