Enjoy exercise while pregnant, safely and comfortably
Each woman experiences the continuous changes of pregnancy
differently. Your personal trainer will design an evolving
custom-made exercise program that will change as your needs
change to ensure that you are exercising at a challenging
yet comfortable pace. Depending on your needs, an individually
tailored workout plan will include cardio-respiratory endurance
training and prioritize either weight control, movement to
relief back pain, stress reduction, or strengthening the postural
muscles. At Wellness for Women, our focus is to help
you stay active through movements that are safe for you and
your soon-to-be-newborn. If relaxation is what you need most
to enjoy this special phase of life, you and your coach will
choose from a variety of relaxation and breathing exercises.
Because the services of Wellness for Women are mobile,
our private sessions can take place at the location of your
choice and may be followed by a prenatal
massage, a special treat right after your personal training
session.
