Working with a personal trainer on a closely monitored fitness program, your body will recuperate more quickly. Your trainer will develop an evolving personalized program that changes as your needs change to ensure that you are making progress at a challenging yet comfortable pace.

Depending on your needs, an individually tailored workout plan could prioritize reshaping your abdomen, strengthening your pelvic floor or cardio respiratory endurance training. If relaxation and stress reduction are what you need most during this new phase of life, you and your coach will choose from a variety of relaxation exercises to help you get the most benefit.

Because the services of Wellness for Women are mobile, our private sessions can take place in your home and there's no need to get outside childcare. Also consider enjoying a postnatal massage right after your personal training session.
